I have thick black, unruly hair. Its medium length, rough, dry and has split ends. No hairstyles look that good on me, even a simple ponytail. Is there a way I can make my hair softer, thinner, moisturized and not have so many split ends?

try Sebastian's potion no 7 and 9. one is a weekly deep conditioner, the other is a daily leave in. it helps to re-moisturize, condition and control. to get it thinner, ask the hairdresser to texturize your hair, that should help thin it out. i hope this helps, it's really hard to give advice on this when you can't even see a picture.

trim it then to avoid having split ends, try to wash it everyday.. only put conditioner on the bottom part of ur hair.

Get a trim and get yourself a relly good flattening iron, you gotta splurge though and buy the $100 CHI iron its the best, my mom is a hairdresser and swears by this one. I have one and I love it, it makes my hair look silky smooth, but you have to make sure you put a protective spray or gloss on it first or you will fry you tresses.

First start by trimming your hair every 8wks after trimming your hair use a relaxer (Dark and Lovely, Motions, etc.....) Then After your relaxer moisturize your scalp every other day and wrap your hair at night. By wrapping i mean wrap into a circular motion. Then @ night sleep in it. When you awake you can un wrap by combing down or curl it style it as you please.
