I have brown hair, highlites, medium length, and is stright. What do I do to get her to say yes. I am 13 years old. Also what are some good styles for teen girls (not emo please).

tell her you want a haircut or a tattoo. she'll let you get the haircut.

omg i have the same problem as you. I really want my hair cut but my mom loves long hair and she never says yes for me to get it ccut. I have no idea what to do either. But maybe try telling her reasons why you want it cut. I tried that like i take dance and im Like my hair is to long it always gets in my way and she still didnt agree. lol Im going crazy. And i want my hair cut exactly like yours. I also have brown highlighted hair. :P Good luckk

i kinda just went out and did it. lol cant really say no then. well just try and talk to her and tell her this is what you really want, and that you want to experiment with your hair. hopefully she should listen and you should get what you want in the end. sounds a pretty cool hair tyle thou if you can get it done =]

Just follow the rules. If mom says no then it is no.

Ask her what can you do to show her that you deserve to decide how to cut your hair. Listen to what she says and then do it.

Dont bug her though, sometimes you have to take no for an answer. Believe you'll have the rest of your life to cut your hair how you want.
