How to give my hair that wet texture?

Yeah, I'm a male and I want my hair to have that wet texture to it (like when you come out of the shower. My hair is medium length) because it looks good. Taking showers helps but it dries out in about 20 mins.

So, without using gel, which products (NAMES PLEASE) can I use to make it look wet, shiny, and sexy?

first of all, you need a really textured haircut (preferably with a razer) so the ends get nice and wispy. the product i would recommend would be either paul mitchell round trip (apply alot to dry hair and it makes it look wet without getting crunchy like gel) or bed head manipulator (apply a little at a time - too make can make it look greasy)...hope this helps you
