first, i'm an african american teenage girl who is tired of wearing braids all the time, all the weaves and stuff is driving me crazy, any suggestions on hairstyles i should try, because my hair is medium -length, almost pass my neck and i don't know what to do with this stuff of mine.

get a straightener and straighten it. If ur hair color looks to bare, then try getting highlights that would look natural with ur skintone

i would suggest try to straighten your hair n see if it suits you if it does you've got a new look n if it doesn't try to let your hair down sometimes n also try to tie them in different styles.. that should work you can also hide your hair with a bandanna .. all the best

Try a doobie. That means take your hair roller set it and when it dries wrap it. And then style. Me personally I wear mine with a part on one side with my bangs swooped and on one side curled behind my ear.

Have you thought about using a flat iron or a pressing comb to straighten it? If you do press it or flat iron it just be sure not to use too much heat. Use enough to get it straight, but not so much that you burn your hair. Be sure to use a moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil before flat ironing or pressing your hair. Once you press your hair you can wear it down, or you can try some different styles with it. When I was in college I wore my hair pulled back with a clip. You could also wear it back with a scrunchie. That makes a nice style. You can also wear a soft fabric headband around your head. That is another nice style. Hope that helps.
