Can I lift cream devoper 30v,40v without beaching the hair!?

Hi,

The hair is medium brown. She wants partial Highlight lighter then her color. Can I put 40V without bleaching her hair? I've tried with 30v but the highlight didn't show.

My question is: can I use 30v, 40v and the desire color, apply direct on the hair to lift the color without bleaching. ( or without using toner)!

You can't just put developer on the hair and expect it to lift. You need something with it. Like bleach or color. Just get the color she wants and mix it with the developer, and let it sit. Developer alone will do nothing.
