Is light brown hair good for what type of skin tone?

am fourteen (if that even counts), I have medium-dark brown hair. My skin tone is like medium but on the light side. Some say peachy. A lot of people tell me to get light brown hair but i seriously freaken dont know why?!?! I thought black but no...some said auburn, two of them said with blonde streaks with light brown hair. so um yeah...

Try some lighter foils. It will brighten your look and give you a "lift". Perhaps in a caramel colour, to tone in with your peachy complexion. I tend to think black looks too monotone. Foils are fun and interesting.

Peachy, huh? lol. So that's like almost tan, right? Well one thing you DON'T want to do is get your haircolor the EXACT same color as your skin. (unless its black.) If your 'peachy' I'd say get light brown hair. yeah, defiantly. That way, if you want to change your hair to blonde, you can bleach it, or if you want it auburn you can buy that Color Pulse by L'oreal Paris! (DO NOT dye your hair black.) And please don't get blonde streaks UNLESS you have short hair (above shoulders). If you want blonde highlights, that's fine. But blonde-streaks looks ugly on people with long hair.
