Opinions on length of girls' hair?

What do you think looks best, a short bob, shoulder length, elbow length, or down to the small of the back?

My hair is medium/dark brown and I have loose curls/waves. Right now it is about 6 inches from my elbow and I need a cut because I am petite and it is too much. I am trying to decide what length to cut it to- I have big dark eyes and I want something that would compliment them.

I'd say just a lil bit past the shoulders. I'm small and I have curly brown hair with huge brown eyes. I asked my stylist and this is what she suggested for me, it compliments my face and its easier to do things with. But you should ask your stylist also, and see what she recommends...

It really depends on the person. Some girls look best in long hair, some in short.

I'd get it cut to just below your shoulders %26amp; if you're still not happy with it, get it cut shorter. You can always cut it shorter, but can't go to the salon and get it longer. :)

Go look at all your pictures from the past. If you are like me, you have worn your hair at different lengths. See which picture you like the best. And remember how easy or difficult it was to take care of. I personally cut my hair pretty short recently and have been getting lots of compliments. I would think with big eyes, a short do would look good on you, like Halley Berry!!

it all depends on the person i guess, i kinda prefer medium to long hair with layers or waves.
