I have medium/dark brown hair and fair skin. My acne stands out more because of my light skin. Will dark hair make me look paler and bring out the redness more? Is there a color I can dye my hair that will reduce the appearance of blemishes on my face?

Unfortunately, no. The one color that offsets redness is green. That's why sometmes you see coverup in green tones. But I don't think coloring your hair green is the answer!
